For this group meeting our goal was to break the technical details of the project into smaller modules that we could start thinking of implementations for. We created mockups of the UI for our main 3 screens in order guide our development. We also roughly laid out a flowchart describing how the sending and receiving processes will work. This flowchart will be formalized in our design documentation. Finally we worked on implementing a basic version of our UI so that we can begin initial testing of the camera and flash capabilities which will be critical in determining the timing for the text-to-binary-to-Morse-to-flash flow and the video-to-binary-to-Morse-to-text flow of our application.
