This past week was pretty hectic for me. My laptop had been messing up a bunch starting on Tuesday during our first team meeting of the week, and then it completely stopped working on Thursday during our second team meeting. So my laptop is currently being fixed by Apple and I will hopefully get it back on Wednesday (fingers crossed). Before my laptop decide to have a complete meltdown, we were beginning to connect the Morse code chart that Katie wrote, with the code that I wrote that outputted the flashlight pulses at a given time period. So with Katies binary string, I will be able to put together a working test application that displays flashlight pulses based off of each binary bit representing a single Morse Code unit.
Meanwhile, while I wait for my laptop to be fixed, I have just been researching ways to work on the image processing part of the project and what methods I will need to use in order to access the frame buffer and analyze each frame to check for light or darkness from the sending phone.
